Our accessibility goal

We aim to make Wingifi usable by people with disabilities, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and development target. Accessibility is ongoing work. This statement is not a certification of conformance, and some features or third-party services may still present barriers.

Using the website

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, Enter to follow links, and Enter or Space to activate buttons. A skip link at the start of the page moves to the main content. Settings tabs support the arrow, Home, and End keys. You can enlarge text with browser zoom and use your device's reduced-motion preference.

Help and barrier reports

If you cannot use a feature or need information in an accessible format, email [email protected]. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the barrier you encountered. If helpful, include your browser or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability, and please do not send passwords or private customer records.

We will review the report, discuss a suitable way to help you complete the task, and work to address the barrier. Connected services such as payment checkout and mailbox authorization are operated by third parties; you can still contact us for assistance with those workflows.
